Pursuant to our state constitution, during the "short session" in the even-numbered years, the General Assembly is only in session from February to early May, and our scope is limited in terms of the volume and the subject matter of legislation. However, there are still many important issues to address and I'd like to know your views on the most pressing issues facing our state.
