    Bond Commission Approves Funding Request for Middletown

    January 4, 2022

    You may have heard last month that my bonding request for RM Keating Historical Enterprise Park (Remington Rand building) was approved by State Bond Commission. The funds will be used to remediate and upgrade the building to allow more floor space for start-up businesses.

    Bond Commission Approves Funding Request For Raymark Site

    You may have heard last week that my $2.5 million bonding request for groundwater and soil remediation at the Raymark superfund site was added to the State Bond Commission's meeting agenda. Earlier today, the Commission held its meeting to vote on the allocation of the requested funds for our community and it was approved.

    Bonding Project Approved for Wallingford

    December 21, 2021

    I applaud the approval of $4 million in state funding for renovations to the Ulbrich Heights & Extension housing units in Wallingford.
     
    These funds, which the State Bond Commission approved earlier today (December 21st), will be used to upgrade kitchens and bathrooms in various units, as well as to replace siding and exterior windows.
