Supporting the Childcare Industry
March 18, 2022Childcare workers have always been an essential part of our economy. While we have done much in recent years to support them, we can clearly can do even more to help increase pay, hire and retain quality staff, and increase the number of kids programs can support. I was happy to offer my support at a rally earlier this week.

While we saw a rise in depression, anxiety, self-harm, and other forms of distress in young people prior to the pandemic, the increased isolation and uncertainty that has come from the past two years has exacerbated this issue.
