This past weekend, I was invited to serve as a panelist at the Connecticut Association of the Deaf's (CAD) Legislative 101 Workshop that took place at the American School for the Deaf. CAD President Luisa Soboleski is a resident and member of Southington’s Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard of Hearing Community.

November 3, 2023This week, I had an excellent visit to the Nesso Group on Canal Street, which hosted a local business networking event promoted by the Southington Chamber of Commerce. It was great to catch up with Chamber friends, tour the facility, and learn about the Nesso Group and the broad array of integrated insurance and financial services it offers. The business’ beautiful workspace, top-notch operation, and talented leadership team were quite impressive.

October 27, 2023Great news! The Housing Advisory Panel voted on Friday to approve one-time grant funding awards as part of the Interest on Real Estate Brokers Trust Account (IOREBTA) Program, which includes $20,000 for The ARC of Southington.
