Children's Committee to Hold Committee Investigation & Informational Hearing Regarding Harwinton Group Home
September 22, 2023October 10, the Children's Committee will hold an informational meeting that will focus on the Bridge Family Center's STAR Home in Harwinton, after allegations of sex trafficking, violence, and abuse at the group home for children surfaced. The hearing will take place at the Legislative Office Building. Invitations will begin going out on September 25 to individuals requested to testify before the committee.
