I am thrilled to share that the Guilford Majors (12-and-under) Girls Little League Softball team is headed to the Little League Softball World Series in Greenville, North Carolina, taking place from August 3 through August 10.

Guilford will be receiving funds for two projects - Westwoods West and East River Preserve.

I'm happy to share with you that the Connecticut League of Conservation Voters recently released its Environmental Scorecard report on the recent legislative session and gave me a 100% environmental scorecard rating.

For the third time this summer, Governor Lamont has activated the Extreme Hot Weather Protocol in Connecticut. The protocol is in effect until at least 8 p.m. on Wednesday.
