July 1, 2022On Monday, we will join together to celebrate our Independence Day. I have been moved standing on the USS Arizona memorial. I have been moved watching 'o'er the ramparts' at Fort McHenry. Like all true patriots, I am moved celebrating Independence Day, as John Adams observed:
