The East Hartford Veterans Commission would like to extend an open invitation to join members in a memorable experience to honor our Veterans by placing an American flag at the Veterans’ headstones for Memorial Day.

The Town of East Hartford will host a FREE paper-shredding event on Saturday, May 21, 8 AM to noon at 22 Prestige Park Circle. The event is sponsored by EnviroShred.

East Hartford Parks and Recreation will be offering our summer camp programs, swim lessons and other outdoor pool programming for the 2022 summer season and planning is now underway!

The East Hartford CONNects/ Resident Advisory Council in partnership with the YWCA New Britain, Sexual Assault Crisis Service, will be hosting a Social Media Informational Session, on Monday May 16th at 6:30pm via Zoom.

The East Hartford Senior Services invites all East Hartford Veterans to a Memorial Day Picnic. The event will be held on May 25th from noon to 2 PM at the East Hartford Senior Center, located at 15 Milbrook Dr. Lunch will be served at noon. We will be having hamburgers, hotdogs, macaroni salad, baked beans and cookies for dessert.
