Soft Opening for New Dog Park
September 13, 2022Mayor Mike Walsh invites all dog owners and their dogs to a soft opening of the new dog park at Foran Park at 150 Forest St. The soft opening will take place Friday, September 16 at 11 AM. Animal Control Officer Jillian Cappabianca will be on site to answer your questions. Please stop by and say hello.
Department of Children and Families Recruiting Nurses
September 12, 2022The Department of Children and Families is “Calling All Nurses.”
The state is looking to hire nurses at the Albert J. Solnit Children’s Center. The psychiatric facilities run by DCF provide in-patient long-term care for children with severe mental illness or behavioral problems.
