Lunchroom Monitor- Windsor Schools
  Responsibilities:     
  • Supervising students during their lunch periods and recess, monitoring and maintaining acceptable behavior. 
  • Assisting children through serving lines, with seating arrangements, and preparing to return to class along with other various needs as they arise.

Employee Assistance Program Worklife Customer Support Associate-CVS
****Fully Remote Role; Anywhere within U.S.*****
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am- 5:30pm EST. Schedules subject to change at any time with advanced notice.
As a 24-hour call center operation, employees are required to support holiday coverage at a reduced staffing level. This means working some holidays and observing the holiday on others.
  • Answer inbound calls from providers regarding EAP/mental health benefits, authorizations, and claims questions
  • Maintain provider records in Stoplight/Relationship Manager/Smart Front End, document each contact with provider and/or member
  • Connect member with additional benefits/external resources as needed
  • Create authorizations for face-to-face counseling
  • Negotiate Single Case Agreement rates with providers that are not contracted with EAP
  • Assist with Account Executive Inquiries, e.g. reviewing network/provider availability concerns, incorrect information given to members, outreach calls to member as needed
  • Assist with inbound MES call volume as needed

Behavioral Health Personal Advocate - Chat - Cigna
The Personal Advocate position is responsible for representing Evernorth Behavioral Health (EBH) to all inbound chats within a call/contact center environment and assuring caller’s contact with EBH is positive. Advocates are many times the first encounter customers have with Evernorth and thus are responsible for giving a positive first impression. The Advocacy tasks of this position are varied and often complex in nature requiring flexibility and multi-tasking capabilities. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: educating customers on benefits, eligibility, referrals, non-clinical resources and assessing for potential risk of harm or substance abuse concerns. Apply Here
