March 12, 2019I joined Roadmap to Health at Community Health Services on Albany Avenue.
Roadmap to Health is a mobile health fair that works to remove barriers to health care & educate individuals about how they can protect, maintain & improve their health.
At each stop, residents can receive free biometric health screenings that include total cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, blood pressure, and body mass index or BMI.
