March marks the beginning Women's History Month!

If you are in the 65 and older population, please be sure to schedule your COVID-19 vaccination this weekend before the next large group (people 55-65 years old and teachers/child care workers) becomes eligible on Monday (3/1).

Vaccine eligibility will expand to the 55-64 age group beginning on March 1 and dedicated clinics for educators and childcare providers will also begin in March.

I’m excited to announce that Connecticut residents aged 65 to 74 can begin booking appointments to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.

Two health care reform bills designed to cap the monthly cost of diabetes treatment and expand Telehealth services were passed in the House of Representatives.

The Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) announced that as the state continues responding to the COVID-19 pandemic, its previously enacted 90-day extension for Connecticut residents with expiring credentials is being extended to a total of 180 days.
