July 29, 2022Earlier this year, the town of Ridgefield surveyed our elementary schools' playgrounds for their accessibility through the Institute of Human Centered Design. The study revealed that Barlow Mountain Elementary School and Ridgebury Elementary School are the schools that require immediate upgrades and will require new construction to bring the playground into full ADA compliance.
