As Connecticut moves forward with its vaccine rollout, please be mindful that there are scammers who are attempting to take advantage of you and your loved ones.

There has been a rapid increase in hate crimes targeting the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community. AAPI Hate, a reporting center that started tracking these incidents last March, said they have received 3,795 reports of hate crimes over the past year.

Telehealth services – which have provided safe and secure options for healthcare professionals to treat patients during the pandemic – have been expanded and extended through an executive order signed over the weekend by Governor Lamont.

Good news! The State announced several key updates regarding the phasing and pace of Connecticut’s COVID-19 vaccine roll-out.

On Thursday, March 18, the Commerce Committee will hold a public hearing. One of the bills that will be discussed is HB 6606, An Act Concerning Economic Development and the Renovation of Historic Mixed-Use Buildings in The State.

Earlier this month, Governor Lamont signed several bills into law that make great strides to moving our state forward.
