Aquarion Water Main Cleaning Until August 14th
August 4, 2026Aquarion Water Company will be cleaning water mains in the area until August 14 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. This work is part of routine maintenance to keep the water system operating properly.
During the cleaning, some customers may experience temporary low water pressure, brief periods of no water, and/ or discolored water. Discoloration can occur when naturally occurring minerals inside the pipes are stirred up during the cleaning process.
If your water appears discolored, run a cold-water faucet until the water runs clear before resuming normal use. To help avoid stains on clothing, we recommend waiting to do laundry until any discoloration has resolved.
