Absentee Ballots for the Upcoming Primary
July 25, 2022State-wide primary elections for both Democrats and Republicans will be held August 9th. Absentee ballots are already available. You can get an application for an absentee ballot at your city or town hall in the town clerk's office or from the Secretary of the State's website Absentee Voting (ct.gov) and follow the instructions.
Extended Heat Wave in CT Forecast

The next several days are set to see temperatures in Connecticut reach more than 90 degrees with a heat index of triple digits at times, which has prompted activation of the state’s extreme hot weather protocol starting today and effective through 8 p.m. on Sunday, July 24.

Covered Connecticut Program Expands to CT Residents Without Children
July 11, 2022Access Health CT (AHCT) announced that they expanded eligibility requirements for the Covered Connecticut Program and additional benefits for those that qualify. The program, which was launched last July, provides health insurance at no cost to parents and caretaker relatives who meet all eligibility requirements.
