Happy Thanksgiving! I would like to take a moment to express my appreciation to all of you. It is an honor to represent a district with so many devoted individuals like you who give back to our community every day.

A special thank you to our teachers, firefighters, police, veterans, first responders, health care professionals, volunteers, and everyone who works hard to support and enhance our community.

This holiday season, while we give thanks to the people and parts of our lives that we're grateful for, we also should consider those less fortunate. Providing resources to local food pantries and other philanthropic organizations can make all the difference for our state's struggling families.
