January 8, 2026I am honored and privileged to have been selected for NCSL’s 2026 Opioid Policy Fellows Program. Access Health CT has extended the final deadline to enroll in a health or dental plan for 2026 to Saturday, January 31. The Generation Power CT (GPCT) Emergency Energy Assistance Program is accepting applications and more information to understand new SNAP work rules.
Branford Food Pantry Funding, Access Health CT Extension, $70 Million to Protect Health Insurance, and Medical Debt Relief
December 18, 2025Branford Food Pantry has received bonding allocation to replace aging infrastructure. Due to a system outage, Access Health CT has extended the deadline to sign up for health and dental coverage. The state will be using $70 Million from the emergency response fund to Protect Health Insurance, and Medical Debt relief is on the way for qualifying individuals.
