First, I am incredibly grateful to the residents of Ashford, Brooklyn, Eastford, Hampton, Mansfield, Pomfret, and Woodstock for the honor of serving another term as your voice in the Connecticut House of Representatives. Thank you for your support!
Second, as we prepare for the next legislative session, which starts on January 8, 2025, I will schedule some Community Town Hall events to talk directly with you about the issues we face in Northeastern Connecticut. Look for an announcement with dates, times, and locations soon. I look forward to listening to your feedback, addressing your concerns at the Capitol, and continuing to advocate for our communities. I am always available, and email is the best way to make contact. I can be reached at Pat.Boyd@cga.ct.gov.
Please read below for updates across the 50th District.

I am working with the state and local businesses to draw more tourists to the 50th District. The Connecticut State Director of Tourism Rachel Lenda, Northeastern Connecticut Chamber of Commerce, and I shared our ideas for economic development last month at Brooklyn’s Little Dipper Farm. Our communities have a great story to share and an invested group to tell it! |
