I hope you're having a good week. We're moving right along as the 2024 session winds down. We have passed several bills in the House, including a big one that expands paid six days in the state.

Today, as we celebrate Earth Day, let's take a moment to reflect on the beauty and importance of our planet. Earth Day serves as a reminder of our responsibility to protect and preserve our environment for future generations.

We passed quite a few bills in the House this past week. We have a lot more to get done before session ends on May 8th and I will be sure to provide updates when I can.

Our priority bills will be the focus as we close things out on May 8th. In the meantime, I wanted to remind you that as tax day approaches, some lower-and middle-income earners are eligible for major savings.
