The U.S. Congress passed a historic stimulus package, which was signed by the president, to provide relief to families and much needed resources in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic.

Yesterday afternoon, Governor Lamont announced that his administration has launched a zero-interest loan program to bring relief to Connecticut small businesses and nonprofits that have been impacted by COVID-19.
