Governor Lamont and Connecticut Education Commissioner Charlene Russell-Tucker have announced that 41 special education programs in the state will receive a total of $10.6 million in state grants under the first round of Connecticut’s newly established High-Quality Special Education Incentive Grant Program. 

Enfield is one of the towns receiving funds. Enfield will receive $20,600 for programming and $242,000 for capital improvements, for a total of $262,600.
