Blue Hills Neighborhood Traffic Calming Pilot Program
December 7, 2023The City of Hartford Planning & Zoning Division has been working with the Blue Hills neighborhood on a Traffic Calming Demonstration Project to design slower, safer streets.
There is a temporary pilot installation around Rawson Elementary School. The project is intended to be a temporary demonstration that will be in place and data collected in December.

Greater Hartford Mobility Study Meetings Start this Week
November 7, 2023The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) will host two in-person public meetings for the Greater Hartford Mobility Study.
The first public meeting will be on Thursday, November 9, from 6-8 p.m. at the Chrysalis Center at 255 Homestead Avenue in Hartford.
The second public meeting will be on Thursday, November 16, from 6-8 p.m. at the Cultural Community Center at 50 Chapman Place in East Hartford.
