January 6, 2020Governor Ned Lamont, Lt. Governor Susan Bysiewicz, Senate Majority Leader Bob Duff and executives from AT&T held a news conference in Norwalk to announce the launch of a new public-private partnership that will allow for the deployment of cutting-edge technology along the New Haven Line. AT&T’s network enhancements will provide 4G LTE service, which the company can upgrade, via software, to 5G in the future. I salute the governor's plan to improve our transportation infrastructure and WiFi connectivity.
Danbury Public Library receives $100k for much-needed upgrades

During my campaign in 2018, I promised that I would work tirelessly to bring resources back to the 2nd District. As a result of working with my colleagues and Governor Lamont’s Office, Danbury Public Library has just been approved to receive a $100,000 grant from the state during today's Bond Commission meeting. These new funds will allow the library to undertake its first significant renovation in decades.
