In my inaugural Scam Spotlight, I am spreading the word on business related scams in our communities. Small Businesses can fall victim to scams just as easily as anyone else.

Avoiding scams has become nearly impossible! In an effort to protect you and keep you alert, I will be sharing a series of short informational videos on Facebook I am calling the Scam Spotlight.

With the anticipation of inclement weather this weekend please make sure you are taking proper precautions and are stocked up on necessary supplies in case we get snowed in.

Over the last two weeks, towns and cities throughout our state have handed out free At-Home COVID-19 test kits, and now I am happy to share that every home in the U.S. is eligible to order 4 free at-⁠home COVID-⁠19 tests completely FREE.

Phase 2 of COVID Self-Test kit distribution for K-12 Schools and Early Childcare Providers is TOMORROW, January 14.

Due to inclement weather, the distribution was postponed and will now take place Wednesday, January 12 at 6PM at Derby High School.

The City of Derby just announced they have a limited supply of kits and masks they will distribute Sunday, January 9.
