The Milford Registrars of Voters welcome early voting and hope to make it an easy, accessible, and secure experience for everyone.

March is Women’s History Month, a time dedicated to honoring the vital role women have played in Connecticut and American history.

The House of Representatives returned to the State Capitol to approve $17 million in additional cold weather heating assistance funds.

Milford is celebrating Black History Month with a number of events honoring the many accomplishments and contributions Black Americans have made to American society.

With the legislative session just around the corner on February 7th, I am committed to keeping you informed and engaged in the democratic process. 

Several new laws took effect January 1 addressing key issues including early voting, health and mental health, as well as online privacy and data protection.

You are still eligible to enroll, renew coverage, and explore the various policy options with Access Health CT (AHCT), Connecticut’s official health insurance marketplace. There will be a free enrollment fair on Saturday, January 13 in Milford. Open enrollment ends on January 15.

Connecticut taxpayers can look forward to some much needed savings in the form of three tax relief measures that take effect this year.
