September 11, 2001, is one of those rare days when nearly every one of a certain age can remember exactly where they were as the terrorist attacks unfolded.

I wish all our Farmington students, teachers, faculty, staff, and parents an enthusiastic welcome back to school! I hope everyone is inspired and energized as the new school year begins in town.

For the fourth time this year, Connecticut’s Extreme Hot Weather Protocol has been activated.

A reminder that Connecticut’s Extreme Hot Weather Protocol is in effect through Friday, July 18. Please take all necessary precautions and check in on neighbors who may need assistance.

A reminder to join me and other members of the Farmington state delegation for a post-session legislative discussion in the Yates Room of the police department on Monday, July 14, at 6 p.m.
