Carbon Emissions Pricing Plan
March 16, 2017I joined with members of the National Caucus of Environmental Legislators outside of the House Chamber to discuss House Bill 7247, to establish a pricing plan for carbon emissions generated in the state, as part of a broader initiative by New England states.
