Solar for All
Last week I joined Gov Malloy and advocates in New Haven to kick off Solar for All, a program to make solar energy more accessible to homeowners.
If you’re interested, the deadline for applying is March 31. Below is Green Bank’s description and a link to a flyer with more information.
“The Green Bank is supporting a solar campaign specifically for New Haven homeowners. Regardless of credit history, they will have the opportunity to get solar power installed to reduce their household’s operating costs. They can also enter into an energy savings agreement to the same effect, getting efficiency measures installed and paying less in overall monthly bills even when financing costs are included.
Similar to how we structure our SolarizeCT campaigns, as more homeowners enter into contracts the entire group of customers will receive a lower price. This runs through March 31st.”
