It was a tough year for environmental legislation. But I'm pleased that, after years of trying, we succeeded in passing a bill which facilitates sharing of critical water data which we'll need for implementing the State's proposed Water Plan. I'm committed to redoubling our efforts on energy efficiency and renewable energy initiatives to sustain the momentum we established in Connecticut.

CTLCV’s Environmental Scorecard assesses both lawmakers’ votes on environmental legislation and their roles in championing specific issues. CTLCV works with the state’s environmental advocacy groups to identify, highlight, and track important bills that affect Connecticut’s natural resources, including air, water, wildlife, open space, and health.
