Funding Approved for Henry Abbott High School
I'm pleased that the State Bond Commission has approved $242,788 in funding for improvements at Henry Abbott Technical High School in Danbury. The funding will be used for the construction of a six-bay garage and the installation of a panic button.
Our technical high schools play an important role in preparing students for skilled careers in high demand industries. This is an investment in the training and success of students in Danbury and the surrounding region. Expanding the facilities at Henry Abbott will allow them to provide high quality instruction to more students.
