October 22, 2015

The program will operate in six communities including Bridgeport – the program looks to link quality workforce development services and quality early childhood education for low-income families in a two-generation strategy. The goal of a two-generation strategy is to break the inter-generational cycle of poverty, moving the family toward economic security and stability through education, workforce training and related support services.
