Do you know ALICE? Chances are, you do. ALICE can be friends, family, or coworkers. ALICE stands for Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed, and four in ten households in Connecticut - 40% - are currently struggling to make ends meet.
Here in the 134th District, 1,487 households are ALICE households & below; 16% of households of color make up ALICE families.
