Danbury's Youth & Government Team Visits State Capitol
March 28, 2023I was proud to welcome Danbury's Youth & Government Team to the state Capitol.
Youth and Government is a YMCA program for high-school aged people. Participants take part in a model-government exercise where they can debate issues and propose legislation. I have proudly been the legislative sponsor for the Danbury delegation for almost 30 years.
It was a pleasure to meet and talk with so many future potential leaders. Thank you to program administrator Bill McNamara for all of your hard work!
