Fairfield National/Metro is Third-Best Team in the World!
August 28, 2025Fairfield National All-Star Little League (Metro) team (12U) - our hometown heroes - came back from Williamsport, Pennsylvania, the third-best team in the world. Metro defeated Aruba in the consolation game, 4-2, on Sunday. Asia-Pacific - Chinese Taipei beat Nevada - Mountain 7-0 in the championship game.
We are so proud of you and how you represented our state and region. This is a memory that will stay with you throughout your lifetime! Congratulations, Metro!
