It’s been a very busy but inspiring few weeks since my last newsletter to you. We in the General Assembly are now down to the last few weeks of the regular legislative session, working to pass important bills and negotiate an equitable and impactful state budget. I’m proud of the legislation I have already supported with my vote and look forward to continuing to do so as we come to the conclusion of the session in early June.

It has been a busy few months as a legislator up in Hartford. I thoroughly enjoy the work and the privilege of being your voice in the General Assembly.

On January 4th, I was officially sworn in as State Representative for the 98th district. It was an incredibly moving day, one I shared with my family and new legislative colleagues. I am truly humbled and excited to be representing your voice in the General Assembly. Please know I will work diligently during this legislative session and beyond to bring your voice to Hartford. Together, we can advocate to ensure our communities thrive and our citizens are empowered to live full, healthy, and enriching lives.

Earlier today, I attended a bipartisan press conference concerning Financial Education Legislation.
