National Prescription Drug Take Back Day, administered by the DEA, will take place on Saturday, April 25. This event provides residents with a free, convenient way to safely dispose of unwanted, unused, or expired medications at local collection sites. The DEA partners with local law enforcement agencies across the United States to host this event in local communities like ours.

Generation Power CT Energy Assistance March Cycle Now Open
March 4, 2026The Generation Power CT (GPCT) Emergency Energy Assistance Program is currently open for the final cycle this season. The application cycle will run through Tuesday, March 10th. This program provides a one-time grant of up to $500 to help eligible Connecticut households with electric, gas, or fuel expenses.
