House Floor Debate on Voting Rights for Convicted Felons
May 8, 2018I support a measure that would restore voting rights of convicted felons on parole, as long as they have not been convicted of an election related felony House Bill 5418. Unfortunately, this bill didn’t come up for a vote, but I wanted to share my remarks on the House floor. This bill was one of the priorities for our Black and Puerto Rican Caucus.
