Restaurant Food Safety

I wanted to share with you a news story featuring my efforts to improve restaurant food safety for people with allergies and food restrictions that appeared in the CT Examiner. This discusses what we have done so far and the work we still must do in Connecticut.

This is fantastic coverage on the issue of management of food allergies in the restaurant industry and great support by State Representative Joe de la Cruz and East Shore District Health Department's Michael Pascucilla. Looking forward to working with business owners and consumers for a better understanding of food safety best practices.
