With the session in full swing, I want to provide you with the information and tools to follow along with what I and my fellow legislators are doing.

To obtain information about other bills, click here.

You can track bills in the Connecticut legislature using the Connecticut General Assembly website or by calling the bill status information room. 

To track a specific bill via email, click here and sign up for notifications.

To track a bill status by phone, call the information room at 860-240-0555 during the legislative session. Call the Connecticut State Library at 860-757-6550 at the end of sessions or between sessions.
 

African American Mayor for the Day

In  celebration of Black History Month, the African American Mayor for the Day event will be held at Veterans Hall at City Hall at 10 a.m. on Feb. 19 (Snow Day Feb. 26).

This year's honoree is Irene Saunders.

An evening program will be held at Mt. Olive AME Zion Church, 82-100 Pearl St., at 6 p.m.
 

Fuel Assistance

Eligible Connecticut residents can apply for assistance with gas, electric, oil, or other deliverable fuels. Please Click Here for more information including details on eligibility requirements and application materials.
