It's crunch time in the House of Representatives as we work together to pass meaningful laws at the Capitol. This week I'm breaking down what we accomplished this week, how the weekend train schedule is changing, and much more!

The House of Representatives is working hard to pass new laws to make Connecticut a better place to work, live, and retire. We are continuously hearing debate on bills, taking different opinions into consideration, and voting on measures.

The legislative session is now in the final five weeks, and I'm working with my colleagues to pass some important laws, such as early voting, that will bring progress to our community.

You can expect more delays on I-95 north on the Gold Star Memorial Bridge. On-going construction will reduce the bridge to four lanes and shut down the right shoulder until further notice.

I-95 South is shut down and is expected to remain closed over the Gold Star Bridge following a deadly fuel tank rollover crash.
