CT DEEP Seeks Comments on CT Siting Council Report
December 4, 2024Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (CT DEEP) is required to conduct a study on the CT Siting Council and submit a report to the CT General Assembly by December 31.
DEEP is holding a Hybrid Public Meeting on December 5 to provide an overview of the DRAFT CSC Report and receive oral comments from the public.

New Laws Effective October 1
October 2, 2024A variety of new state laws that were passed by the Connecticut General Assembly during the 2024 legislative session went into effect on October 1.
