Aerospace Company to Create Jobs in Farmington

Protecting Connecticut's Honeybees

April 22, 2016

Yesterday I joined my colleagues in support of legislation that would protect honeybees. As pollinators, bees are crucial to our environment. SB 231 would protect Connecticut's pollinators by encouraging the preservation of their habitats while limiting the use of pesticides that are linked to the decline of honeybees.

Hill-Stead Museum Awarded Grant

Hill-Stead Museum in Farmington was recently awarded a $50,000 grant through Connecticut Humanities. The grant will help fund the Museum’s Sunken Garden Poetry Festival.

Open Choice 50th Anniversary Celebration
