We're into the new year and the 2025 Legislative Session is off and running! We were all sworn in on Wednesday.

Are you interested in learning about the environmental issues being discussed during the next legislative session? Join the League of Conservation voters Tuesday, Jan. 7 at the Bushnell Theater for their day-long environmental summit from 9:30am-3:30pm.

Encourage your children to enter the CHET Dream Big! competition to win up to $20,000 toward their future education. Students from kindergarten through 12th grade can submit an essay, artwork, or video based on the following specific grade-level topics:

I am pleased to announce the State Bond Commission’s final approval of two local projects today. The Town of Rocky Hill will receive a grant-in-aid for $175,000 for sewer and infrastructure improvements along Cedar Hollow Drive, and The Friends of Kycia Farm will receive $150,000 for Kycia Farm in Wethersfield.
