I hope you are having a great week. The legislative session came to a close on Wednesday, June 4th. My first year at the Capitol was quite the learning experience - there were many long nights and tense debates. Overall, I am proud of what we were able to accomplish, and am looking forward to continued success in 2026.

I hope you are having a great week. Last Wednesday, I had the honor of attending the 22nd Annual Training Institute, an event put together by the Coalition to End Homelessness.

I hope you are having a great week. The Hamden delegation will hold a legislative town hall next Friday, May 16 at Miller Memorial Library. We will discuss our legislative priorities and goals for the end of the session, as well as listen your questions, comments, and concerns. Hope to see you there!

I joined the Housing Committee chairs and Westport elected officials at Susie’s House, which is a deed restricted home that will be open to at-risk and homeless women ages 18-24. I was honored to receive an award in recognition of the End Homelessness Caucus along with Reps. Antonio Felipe and Kadeem Roberts.
