Connecticut's Fiscal Health
The most difficult decision before the legislature this year is the state budget deficit. We closed the gap for the fiscal year ending June 30th but need to address the red ink for the upcoming fiscal year. Governor Malloy's plan is unfair to Westport and other cities and towns in Fairfield County. The stage is set for a showdown between the governor and legislature. (More here: Focus On CT)
