Today the Bond Commission approved a grant to the Fairfield Theater Company to assist with their renovations. It was great to see Ryan Odinak of FTC and FTC Executive Director John Reid in Hartford today for the meeting. They have put a lot of work into making this grant possible!

Cristin McCarthy Vahey is officially the state representative for the 133rd Assembly District in Fairfield. Rep. Vahey was sworn-in today during the opening day ceremony of the 2015 legislative session at the State Capitol in Hartford. She will be a member of the Appropriations, Education and Transportation Committees.
