Autism and HIV Related Bills Pass
April 24, 2019Today the House of Representatives passed autism-related bills:
HB 5559,AN ACT CONCERNING COMMUNICATION BETWEEN PERSONS WITH AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDER AND LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS
The bill requires the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles to make available, upon request by a person with autism spectrum disorder, a blue envelope to contain such person's operator's license, registration and insurance card.

Each additional day they work for no pay - child care, mortgages, food and car payments, to name a few, are falling behind and there is no indication for when paychecks will resume.
