Rep. Dillon: Avelo to Stop Participating in Deportations

View this email in your browser Dear Neighbor, Great news! Avelo Airlines announced that it will no longer run deportation flights for the Trump Administration. Avelo's decision last May was met with immediate and consistent disapproval - protesters gathered outside of Tweed New Haven Airport several times to share their displeasure.  The legislature exempted Avelo from the fuel tax to lure them to Connecticut, but repealed the exemption over concerns about deportation and treatment of deportees.
