Newington Cares So proud to be part of such a giving and caring community here in Newington!  Huge thanks to all the volunteers with Got Lunch Newington who are working hard to make sure kids don’t go hungry this summer when school meals aren’t available. I helped deliver some PB&J, tuna, chicken, and mayo this weekend — but they are still in need of more tuna and seed butter if you’d like to support!  Also, a big shoutout to the amazing families on Robbins Ave who raised $1,200 at their lemonade stand last week for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital!  Newington, your generosity never fails to inspire.
